Summary: Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for serving the defense market? Dynapower is looking for someone like you to join our team! As a project manager at Dynapower, you\'ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects for our Government and Defense customers, including design, commercial terms and conditions negotiation, budget review, project scheudle, asset availability, and maintenance tracking. Your work will directly contribute to Dynapower\'s success in the defense and government markets, helping us deliver cutting-edge power conversion solutions to our customers. What You\'ll Be Doing: On an average day, you\xe2\x80\x99ll

  • Collaborate with the Sales and AMS (Aftermarket Services) teams, as well as our other Project Managers, to identify areas of value for the customer
  • Oversee project activities and be the primary contact point for key customers, stakeholders, and field staff
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Ensure project activities comply with all policies and regulations
  • Support Contract Reviews before order acceptance to ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR requirements, as applicable
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of project deliverables
  • Oversee project budget, costs, pricing, ensuring successful project execution
  • Identify project risks and implement creative solutions
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Oversee close collaboration and coordination with cross-functional internal and external teams
  • Review and approve scopes of work
What You Need To Apply:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience
  • 3-6 years of project management or project engineering experience in government, military, or defense markets

Work Environment: This is a full-time exempt position, Monday through Friday. It is based in South Burlington, VT and is eligible for hybrid onsite/remote work. Regular domestic and/or international trips are required (up to 20% of your time).
