job summary:
This global biotechnology company is looking for a Project manager to join their Global Technology Solutions team for a 1 year contract. This role will be responsible for leading the Contract Lifecycle Management program. The program will be a migration from our existing contracting solution to a new application set. The Project Manager will be responsible for effectively managing the execution to ensure timely delivery against requirements. The role is responsible for the suite of project management capabilities, which includes but it not limited to project leadership, governance management, issue/risk management, resource management, budget management, building and execution of a detailed project plan, stakeholder management and vendor management.

responsibilities:
Project Delivery

? Partner with the CLM GTS Lead to negotiate contracts with vendors and supplies to ensure alignment to RFP\'s, budget and expectations.

? Build a governance structure based on key stakeholder analysis to ensure the project has proper sponsorship, prioritization and decisions are made effectively. Lead the presentations to each governance level through preparation of materials and delivery of messages.

? Build and execute delivery strategies in partnership with workstream leads to include requirements traceability, project management plan, build, security, testing, change management, business enablement and process management.

? Build and execute a detailed project plan to identify schedule dependencies, resources demands and critical path for proactive identification and remediation of risks.

? Direct, motivate, and manage geographically diverse project teams.

? Manage key stakeholders to ensure alignment to the project goals, progress, demands and concerns.

? Review project documentation to ensure alignment to standards and accuracy in partnership with project team resources.

? Manage testing activities and metrics to ensure testers understand expectations, tests are tracked and recorded, defects are resolved in a timely manner.

? Manage project budget which includes actively running reports in SAP to identify actuals, review and pre-approval of invoices to ensure cap/opex is accurately identified, providing monthly forecasts, analyzing spend requests for leadership approval and reporting deviations

? Provide detailed project, risk and scope management, tracking requirements, tasks, and deliverables.

? Partner effectively with leadership, business partners, relationship managers, project sponsors, stakeholders, colleagues, and vendors in multiple locations, and across multiple time zones.
