About the Role
As a Production Support Specialist at GrayHair, your focus is on the success of our clients and vendors by understanding our client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and ensuring the vendors follow those processes. This involved relationship building with our clients and their vendors, understanding our client\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and working in conjunction with our Client Success team to execute our support plan.
As a member of the Client Operations team, you will work closely with clients and their vendors managing the customer relationship by supporting daily account maintenance. By responding to inquiries and investigating/resolving issues, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service.
Accountabilities
The following list outlines the essential expectations that GrayHair has for this position to be executed successfully. These expectations are referred to as "Accountabilities" because the individual in this role is responsible and accountable for achieving the following results:
  • Take action on client inquiries, including setting up jobs and updating mail dates
  • Monitor client/vendor reporting through the life of the mailing job
  • Pull reports via our internal reporting system
  • Become proficient in updating Report Preferences
  • Processing client/ vendor provided files
  • Troubleshoot RDS file failures
  • Proactively monitor client jobs for anomalies
  • Onboarding of new clients and vendors
  • Utilize reporting and analyze data to identify issues
  • Create and maintain client/vendor documentation.
  • Contribute to and facilitate client/vendor meetings, training, and demos.
  • Contribute to and complete User Acceptance testing on GrayHair systems

What We\'ll Love About You
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate environment with call center or customer service
  • Proficient use of GSuite, Slack, Jira and Confluence
  • You know how to juggle multiple timelines, prioritize projects, and see them through
  • You can communicate effectively and build relationships with team members
  • Must have a smartphone in good working condition that is no older than the manufacturer\'s most recent 3 versions. Must be able to update the smartphone to the latest operating system.
