Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules for five work centers that optimize the production efficiency, ensure manpower utilization, and meet customer demand
Collaborate with operations, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, etc. to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and lead times
Analyze capacity constraints and resource availability to determine the feasibility of production schedules
Ensure that production schedules are communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders
Evaluate and improve production scheduling processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other production inputs.
Identify and communicate potential production issues and work with relevant teams to develop solutions.
Collaborate with accounting and operations to develop labor utilization plans that align with production schedules and forecasts, capacity constraints, and facility goals.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s in Supply Chain or related field
Understanding of operations management and lead times
Analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
SAP Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
