Description:

• Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules for five work centers that optimize the production efficiency, ensure manpower utilization, and meet customer demand
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, etc. to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and lead times
• Analyze capacity constraints and resource availability to determine the feasibility of production schedules
• Ensure that production schedules are communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders
• Evaluate and improve production scheduling processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other production inputs.
• Identify and communicate potential production issues and work with relevant teams to develop solutions.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations to develop labor utilization plans that align with production schedules and forecasts, capacity constraints, and facility goals.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s in Supply Chain or related field
• Understanding of operations management and lead times
• Analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• SAP Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
