B. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Create production plans for all departments on the shop floor.
2. Calculate Metrics for continuous improvement and production.
3. Create work orders
4. Work order tracking
5. Communicate with internal departments regarding all aspects of order processing which include, ship dates, pricing discrepancies, logistics.
6. Must exhibit exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
7. Communicate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve problems with products and services, answer customers\' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses.
a. Inventory position inquiries
b. Lead time communication
c. Receive/Deliver RFQs to Customers
d. Order Entry and provides delivery date confirmation.
