WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING...
  • Execute daily production schedule pulling and exporting customer orders from Canopy system to Excel
  • Set production priority based on customer needs and product availability
  • Review product availability report, identifying product needed for customer orders, and excess product availability
  • Complete daily customer requirement log, exporting reports from Canopy to Excel
  • Review shipping transfer log, ensuring product availability at scheduled time
  • Review daily cooler inventory, managing inventory, fulfilling plant orders, and reviewing over-run
  • Review plant production, executing production analysis with bird per minute report, providing line performance on bird availability and order fill rates
  • Assist with coordination of product availability against outbound trucking schedule
  • All other relevant duties as required

WHAT YOU\'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor Degree preferred
  • 1+ year(s) inventory control and scheduling experience
  • Proficient knowledge and use of statistics
  • Strong technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel reporting skills
  • Canopy system knowledge preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented

THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT...
Typical office environment within a plant setting:
  • Use of computer, telephone and other office equipment
  • May encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, and listen
  • Repetitive hand motions, and occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 20 lbs
  • Exposure to noise levels greater than 85 decibels
  • Exposure to strong, raw meat odor
