Ready for your next challenge? We\'re seeking a dynamic and motivated Post-Production Coordinator to join our team at a leading television network. As the backbone of our post-production process, you\'ll be responsible for ensuring that every project is delivered with the highest level of quality and accuracy. From coordinating with producers and editors to troubleshooting technical issues, you\'ll be the go-to person for all things post-production. We are a network that produces family and faith-based content, and we work with production companies who produce content for us. As our Post-Production Coordinator, you\'ll not only manage the post-production process for our in-house productions, but you\'ll also work collaboratively with our production partners to ensure that their projects are completed on time and to our network\'s specifications. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, who can juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a cool head under pressure. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with producers and editors to ensure the smooth operation of post-production activities
  • Coordinate and track the delivery of assets from multiple production companies, ensuring all network technical specifications are met
  • Create and maintain detailed post-production schedules, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Schedule all aspects of post-production in ShowMgr, including video editing, sound mixing, color correction, and final TE on masters
  • Coordinate with the TE team to resolve any technical issues and ensure that all content meets quality control standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and production partners to ensure smooth project delivery and timely feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of all post-production activities and expenses
  • Perform other post-production admin tasks of tracking editor hours, updating budgets and reporting licensed music usage
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in post-production workflows
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in film, television production (preferred), communication or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in post-production coordination, preferably in television production
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of post-production workflows and industry-standard software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including producers, editors, and production partners
  • Passion for creating family and faith-based content
