The Headlines:

In the role of Manager, Advanced Analytics based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be responsible for evaluating new data sets requested by the analytics team and other functional teams, and the creation of the processes to load and prepare the data for use by data science teams and data analysts. This work may be conducted directly by this resource, or through direct oversight of both internal and external 3rd party resources. In addition, this resource will enable other functions to self-service analytics and data through design and development of capabilities to support their requests. This role will work closely with business resources to understand business questions and provide data that can be used to answer them.

The Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, deployment, and implementation of analytical solutions in areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Internal Audit and Human Resources
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand each business areas strategy, vision, and roadmap in order to set shared goals to plan and deliver analytical solutions
  • Communicate effectively with business and management stakeholders to build out and execute Agile project plans that deliver on shared business goals
  • Develop effective and succinct communication of complex methodologies and insights to senior business leaders through presentation design and communication skills.
  • Manage an Agile team, of both internal employees as well as consultants from third-party service providers, using SAFe methodologies to support the analytical product lifecycle
  • Build business analytics knowledge, experience & capabilities through on-the-job and external learning to become a thought leader at Molson Coors
  • Provide subject matter expertise (functional and technical) to colleagues such as Enterprise Architects, Information Technology Business Partners, and Business Report Owners/Expert User
The Other Qualifications:
  • You have a Bachelor\'s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Sociology, Finance, Computer Science, Sales, etc.) or equivalent experience (4+ years) in analytics
  • You have experience working with large datasets building, managing, and interpreting complex, predictive statistical or econometric models
  • You possess proven creative and analytic problem-solving skills
  • You have strong abilities to collaborate, communicate, and influence
  • You have overseen the design, development and deployment of a business intelligence product or an analytical solution
  • Previous experience managing indirect reports
  • Familiarity with agile and/or DevOps ways of working
  • Should possess advanced knowledge and/or technical skills in several of the following applications: Business Objects, MS Excel (including Macros), SAP Business Objects Data Services, SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Informatica, Salesforce
