Job Duties:

\xc2\xb7 Therapist will be responsible for client caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy

\xc2\xb7 The Primary Therapist will conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments.

\xc2\xb7 The Primary Therapist will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan.

\xc2\xb7 Therapist will assist in coordinating discharge planning.

\xc2\xb7 Therapist will provide structure, boundaries, and a warm and caring environment.

\xc2\xb7 The Primary Therapist has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.

\xc2\xb7 Therapist will work as part of a team to provide exceptional client care.

\xc2\xb7 Therapist will promote a positive morale and maintain professional composure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

EDUCATION:

• Master\'s Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field.

EXPERIENCE:

• Two years of work experience in a private substance abuse treatment setting Preferred .
• One year of KIPU experience

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

• Licensure and/or (Intern License) to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor and/or Certified Addiction Professional.
