We are seeking a full-time group facilitator to support our Monte Nido Portland and Clementine West Linn programs located in Portland Oregon. Monte Nido Portland is an adult residential program with up to 15 clients and Clementine West Linn is a residential program working with adolescent females this position would support both.

Responsibilities Include::

Facilitates group therapy under the guidance of primary therapist

Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers

Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management

Participating in discharge and aftercare planning

Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food

Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients\' intersecting identities Qualifications::

Degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, or Nursing degree

QMHA certification or QMHP, CSWA, LPCA preferred

Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful

Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices

OR state regulations require healthcare workers to be vaccinated. In compliance with the state of OR regulations, all Monte Nido & Affiliate employees are required to provide documentation of full COVID-19 vaccination or provide a completed Medical or Religious Exemption Form prior to start date. Employees who are not vaccinated are required to provide negative Covid-19 test results on a weekly basis.
