PPC Google Ads Specialist Decada Group is hiring a PPC Specialist to join our marketing team that supports five of our most important portfolio companies. Our companies range from a luxury custom clothier to a fine art studio to a construction firm all located in the heart of Salt Lake City! Our PPC Specialist will manage our most important advertising platform Google Ads. In this role you will manage ad accounts, spend, CPL, ROAS and all other data KPIs to hit monthly and quarterly targets. This position requires you to be an expert with Google Adwords. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a changing environment working with multiple companies that all have different needs, and is interested in helping empower small businesses from lead Generation to eCommerce. This role will report directly to our Director of Marketing and will work closely with our General Managers, founders, and marketing team in downtown Salt Lake City. Learn more about Decada at http://www.decada-group.com/ JOB REQUIREMENTS The PPC Specialist will be responsible for an ad spend budget of over $300,000 while managing monthly reports, calculating ad account KPIs and meeting regularly on account performance. This is position is responsible for continually growing our already successful accounts and must be excellent at self managing. Our portfolio of companies include a luxury custom clothier, a hat maker, a fine art studio, a high end construction firm, and electrical services company located in the heart of Salt Lake City. They will also strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns while gathering and analyzing the data results from those campaigns. They\'ll help not only grow each brand, but also be integral in driving demand and making sure each entity is cohesive across multiple mediums, channels and verticals. They\xe2\x80\x99ll work with crazy talented designers, clothiers, artists, and photographers alike.

• 5+ Years of Google Ads Experience
• Produce and curate advertising campaign and strategies for new company directives. Drive traffic, lead generation and sales through our Google Ads accounts. Optimize campaign performance and deliver strategies; that ultimately build each brand to align with our growth.
• Strategize to build and grow our bottom line through paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage multiple channels based on performance and spend. Meet weekly/bi-weekly with supervisor to report on performance.
• Compile and analyze data to create monthly performance indicator reports with recommendations.
• Whiz at marketing strategy, an excellent understanding of advertising and be highly analytical and data driven.
• This is a contractor position located in SLC. In this position you will gain experience as a PPC Specialist and learn how to manage multiple brands and accounts simultaneously.
