RentVision is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Client Acquisition Team. In this role, your core responsibilities will be to\xe2\x80\xa6

• build, manage, optimize, and report on the success of digital ad campaigns primarily on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, but also on alternative platforms as necessary
• develop, implement, and maintain an SEO strategy for rentvision.com

Our Client Acquisition team is a combined marketing and sales function that wins new business for RentVision. We utilize a variety of digital marketing strategies to attract and win new clients. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be at the center of our digital marketing strategy and collaborate regularly with our content writer, marketing media producer, and our website development team. As you grow and get comfortable in your role, you may expand your influence on the team by taking on additional responsibilities in web/landing page optimization, ad design, video scripting, and social media management.

This is a full-time, exempt, and salaried position that will work in our Lincoln, NE office.

Requirements

You\'re an excellent fit for this position if you...

Know digital advertising, top to bottom.

Also known as pay-per-click (PPC) or Search Engine Marketing (SEM). We run keyword, video, and remarketing ad campaigns on a variety of platforms, but primarily Google and LinkedIn. We have a sizable ad budget and are looking for someone that can have an immediate impact in driving qualified paid traffic. You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be proficient in the set up, management, and optimization of our digital ads. To meet this qualification, applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience in PPC/SEM advertising.

Are an SEO expert.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to know how to set and implement an SEO strategy, research SEO keywords, and set measurable goals that demonstrate SEO improvement. Our client base is coast-to-coast, so knowing how to run a national SEO campaign is critical. To meet this qualification, applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience in SEO.

Are data oriented.

We like to say that data is the ultimate decision maker. If you love to dive into marketing data and pull out actionable insights, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be a great fit for this role. A thorough understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Search Console are necessary to be successful here.
