Position Summary
The Post Entry Specialist reports to the Team Leader, Post Entry. They are responsible for managing the filing of Post Summary Adjustments and responses to Customs on Post Summary requests for information

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Post Entry Services for the US Operations
- CF 28/29
- 520 D Claims
- Post Summary Adjustments
- CF 3347 & CF3347A
- Prior Disclosure
- Protests
- Temporary Import Entries
- Penalties
- Reconciliation Project
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and Excel an asset
- Strong interpersonal, communications and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of US Operations/CBP requirements and the ability to troubleshoot problems/compliance concerns and place preventative procures in place for future
- CCS designation
- Suggested 5 years + experience or industry related equivalent
- Ability and desire to travel in Canada and the USA
