Dispatch & Data Entry Specialist Our Electrical, HVAC and Water Systems company needs a reliable, organized Dispatch & Data Entry Specialist. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and have excellent communication skills. If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and you enjoy establishing your own organizational systems, we\xe2\x80\x99re excited to talk with you. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who is reliable, can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed. Job Duties:

• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls as required.
• Maintain & operate dispatch and scheduling software.
• Greet clients and vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Assist in Storage Unit rentals, collections, correspondence and taking payments in office and online.
• Ability to be at work on time for every shift.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and QuickBooks preferred.
• Accurately scribe potential jobs, their location and time frame and share with management.
• Social Media Marketing
• Maintain office supply inventory.
• Retrieve documents and files when requested.
• Read and route incoming packages and stock inventory.
• Light accounting duties
• Create, edit, and update spreadsheets.

• Hourly Wage Range: $17.00-$22.00 per hour DOE
