Data Entry Specialist Overview The Ternio Group is hiring a Data Entry Specialist that will be a part of a collaborative work environment for their software business unit(s). The role is a hybrid role (2-3 days per week in the office) and can be either part-time 4 hours per day or full-time 8 hours per day. In this role, the Data Entry Specialist is responsible for data entry inputting/importing as well as data maintenance for Ternio\'s internal software division as well as customer database. The Data Entry Specialist will play a pivotal part in helping clients consume, standardize and interpret data to meet evolving operation needs as part of a comprehensive software as a service solution. Responsibilities
- Collecting and digitizing information from customers and clients
- Entering data into a central database
- Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
- Transferring physical records into a digital filing system
- Retrieving data as requested
- Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
- Generating periodic reports

- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Data Entry: 3 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
