Data Entry SpecialistOverview The Ternio Group is hiring a Data Entry Specialist that will be a part of a collaborative work environment for their software business unit(s). The role is a hybrid role (2-3 days per week in the office) and can be either part-time 4 hours per day or full-time 8 hours per day. In this role, the Data Entry Specialist is responsible for data entry inputting/importing as well as data maintenance for Ternio\'s internal software division as well as customer database. The Data Entry Specialist will play a pivotal part in helping clients consume, standardize and interpret data to meet evolving operation needs as part of a comprehensive software as a service solution. Responsibilities
Collecting and digitizing information from customers and clients
Entering data into a central database
Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
Transferring physical records into a digital filing system
Retrieving data as requested
Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
Generating periodic reports

High school diploma along with Associate Degree or other training in the healthcare field is preferred but not required. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel in particular is a requirement including. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE HIGH PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE/EXCEL, OUTLOOK, DON\'T BOTHER APPLYING. Demonstrated ability to manage tasks/projects to required deadlines. Healthcare experience is a plus. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits:
