What you'll do
Oversee all aspects of meat preparation and cooking, ensuring exceptional flavor and presentation.
Develop and execute innovative menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in food handling, knife skills, and cooking techniques to foster a collaborative environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
Manage inventory levels for all food supplies, placing orders as necessary to keep operations running smoothly.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.

Basic qualifications
