, we run a J&R Oyler smoker named "Fat Boy," serving up authentic Texas-style barbecue with pride and precision.

If you live for that perfect bark, clean smoke, and consistent flavor, we want you on the crew.

What You'll Do:

Run the pit and manage fire & temps Handle all smoked meats from prep to plate Keep quality, consistency, and timing tight Work alongside Chef Ken and the Back Alley team

Requirements:

Real BBQ experience (not backyard level) Strong work ethic & pride in your craft Reliable, organized, and team-focused
