Summary:

Responsible for greeting patients, checking in and checking out patients, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, scheduling tests and procedures, entering referrals, filing, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 High school diploma or GED required.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum one year experience in a customer service position preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of reception tasks, clinic policies/procedures, and paperwork.

\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal/communication skills required.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with common Windows-based office software applications preferred.
