What You'll Be Doing

Greet every patient like a VIP -- both in person and over the phone Schedule appointments, handle patient registration, and verify insurance Keep records accurate and organized (details matter!) Collect payments and help patients with billing questions
Team up with your coworkers to keep things smooth and positive

Dependable and consistent -- someone who shows up and gives their best every day Organized and detail-oriented with great time management Friendly, positive, and professional communicator Self-motivated -- you don't wait to be told what to do, you make things happen Quick learner who's comfortable picking up new systems and processes
A true team player who adds good energy to the workplace

Preferred but not required:

Experience in healthcare, customer service, or admin work Associate's or college degree
18 years or older, able to lift up to 45 lbs
