Patient Relations Specialist

to join our front office team.



In this role, you'll be the first friendly face patients see when they walk through our doors. You'll help create a positive and welcoming experience while keeping our clinic organized and running smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who loves helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to grow their career in healthcare.

What You'll Do

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently Handle patient registration, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records Collect payments and assist patients with billing questions Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth daily flow

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, administrative, or customer service roles Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 45 lbs
