Patient Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator for our Lehi, UT clinic. In this role, you will own the initial communication to the providers on behalf of our patients, acting as a liaison. You proactively give the doctor and patients excellent support as you gather essential information to direct their experience.

This is a full-time position consisting of 3 13-hour shifts.
Our hours of operation are from 6 am-8 pm M-F, 7 am-7 pm Saturdays.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do
  • Provide the highest level of patient care through compassion and understanding.
  • Gather, review, and verify all pertinent information in relation to the patient and their visit.
  • Communicate directly with participating healthcare providers regarding patient\xe2\x80\x99s care.
  • Demonstrate compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients.
  • Educate our patients on the treatment options Serenity provides.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain resilience in difficult situations.
  • 1+ year of experience in a full-time customer service role.
