Outside Sales Representative

Remote | Travel up to 30% (Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, minimal overnight travel)
Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission + Car Allowance

You'll build strong customer relationships, develop new business, and represent a trusted brand that keeps essential equipment running.
What You'll DoManage the full sales cycle--from prospecting to closing deals. Grow your territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Build relationships through on-site visits, calls, and emails. Recommend tailored service solutions that help customers operate efficiently. Travel efficiently across your territory (about 30%, limited overnight travel).

What You BringProven success in sales, ideally in HVAC, foodservice, or related industries. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven. Willingness to travel and maintain a professional presence. Must be at least 18 years of age Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
