Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, generating leads in-store, and driving sales through proactive outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a fast paced environment, always willing to learn and ultimately working to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service in a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Presentations: Presenting the key features and benefits of our client's products.
• Customer Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers in-store.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and achieve company goals in-person.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• A positive, professional attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
