We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in the field. You will utilize your expertise in direct sales and lead generation to promote our products and services, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively upsell to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of software solutions, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

Duties

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on leads. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively. Proficiency in conducting product demos that engage potential customers. Experience in direct sales techniques with an emphasis on lead generation. Ability to upsell products based on customer requirements and preferences. Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus but not required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
