About the Role (Read This First):

This role will be filled on an independent contractor basis.

Today:

Success requires consistent outbound prospecting, direct outreach, and relationship-building.

Where we're going:

We are actively building marketing systems, partnerships, and referral channels to increase

warm and inbound opportunities

for our sales team.

Top performers will benefit first

as inbound volume increases and leadership layers are added.
This role is ideal for

hunters who want to become closers and leaders

as the company scales.

Compensation & Upside:

Commission-only, 1099 contractor role

Top performers earn $2,000-$4,000+ per week

No earnings cap Earnings scale directly with activity, consistency, and closing ability

Additional Upside:

Recruitment & Downlines:

Proven performers with the ability to execute and recruit may qualify for override/downline compensation Leadership and team-building opportunities as the sales organization expands

Lead Flow & Outreach:

Warm leads and scheduled appointments

will be available as marketing and partnerships continue to scale

Outbound prospecting is currently a core responsibility

Outreach will include: Living facilities 55+ communities Community partnerships and events Follow-up on warm inquiries and referrals when available

You help build the pipeline now--and benefit as it becomes more inbound-heavy.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate opportunities through direct outreach and in-person engagement Conduct consultations (self-generated and warm leads when available) Deliver compelling, value-based presentations Clearly communicate pricing, scope, and project expectations Close contracts and guide clients through next steps Uphold professionalism and brand standards

Who We're Looking For:

Sales professionals comfortable in a

performance-based, contractor environment

Experience in direct sales, in-home sales, or relationship-driven selling Strong prospecting mindset and daily activity discipline Confident, emotionally intelligent communicators Self-directed and accountable Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally (Provo, Utah County, SLC metro)
