We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative based in ID to join our team. This role involves managing existing independent retailers and developing new business opportunities for 25 gift and housewares brands. The territory available is Idaho and Montana. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and communication skills in order to success with retailers, manufacturers and the internal team. Experience in housewares, publishing and/or gift sales a plus. Retailer base includes independent gift/home/housewares retailers and grocers
Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional product knowledge and customer service for the 25 manufacturers we represent
Develop strategic sales plans targeting specific territories, ensuring coverage and growth objectives are met for top (4) vendors
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, soft leads
Attend four to six gift shows a year > two in Seattle, two in Las Vegas, possible travel to Atlanta
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with the ability to develop strategies for lead generation and account growth.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
Proficiency in excel
Strong analytical skills for assessing market opportunities and customer needs.
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,525.32 per year
