Flooring Sales Consultant - 1099 Commission Only ($80,000-$150,000+)

Watts Built is growing fast and looking for motivated, experienced 1099 Sales Consultants who want full control of their income. This is a commission-only, independent contractor role with no base pay, no mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earning potential.

If you're driven, experienced in flooring/interiors, and strong at building trust in the home -- this is a high-opportunity role with a fast-moving company.

About the Role

This is a full-cycle outside sales position. You'll run company-provided inbound leads and generate additional opportunities through your own outbound efforts.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role:

Commission-only No salary or hourly pay No mileage reimbursement You manage your own schedule and work as self-employed

What You'll Do

Run inbound leads assigned through round-robin Prospect additional deals through outbound activity Meet homeowners on-site to provide flooring & interior finish recommendations Prepare and present accurate, professional quotes Follow up consistently and close sales Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers Keep CRM notes and pipelines updated

Sales experience (required) Flooring/interior finish knowledge (preferred) Ability to close in-home sales High drive, accountability, and self-motivation Reliable transportation Ability to work a flexible schedule

Compensation

1099 commission-only Paid on gross profit of completed, collected jobs Typical full-time earnings: $80,000-$150,000+ per year Top performers exceed $150K No earnings cap -- you directly control your income
