brand. In this role, you will be the face of Steel City Tap Co., actively engaging with potential clients--primarily
brewers
and
breweries
--and nurturing existing accounts to drive our growth within the beverage industry. Your enthusiasm for the craft, combined with your strategic sales mindset, will help expand our presence across designated territories, getting our unique handles on bars everywhere.

Key Responsibilities
Become a Brewery Brand Partner:
Develop relationships with
brewers
and
brewery
decision-makers, understanding their brand story to recommend the perfect custom tap handle solution.
Territory Immersion:
Develop and execute strategic plans for territory management to maximize sales opportunities among local and regional
breweries
.
Tap Handle Evangelist:
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, on-site
brewery
visits, networking at industry events (like beer festivals), and targeted outreach to
brewers
and distributors.
Product Showcase:
Conduct engaging demonstrations of our custom tap handles and manufacturing capabilities, clearly communicating how a premium handle elevates a
brewery's
brand presence at the tap.
Account Nurturing:
Manage existing
brewery
customer accounts by providing exceptional service, upselling new product runs, and ensuring they are thrilled with their custom handles.
Sales Strategy:
Utilize CRM software (like Salesforce) to track sales activities, manage pipeline data, and analyze market trends within the
brewing
industry for continuous improvement.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate contract and pricing agreements with
brewery
clients to close deals that align with company objectives.
Industry Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotional strategies tailored to boost brand awareness within the
brewer
and distributor community.
Qualifications
A Deep Love for Craft Beer:
A genuine passion for the

industry,

, and the culture surrounding craft beverages is essential.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills necessary to build lasting relationships with

and industry professionals.
Sales Drive:
A proactive, self-motivated approach to lead generation, including cold calling and direct outreach.
Business Acumen:
Ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans for capturing new

accounts.
Technical Presentation:
Ability to conduct effective product demos and clearly explain design, material, and manufacturing features to diverse

audiences.
CRM Familiarity:
