ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW: Colorado Legal Services (CLS) is Colorado\xe2\x80\x99s statewide nonprofit legal aid program, with thirteen offices providing civil legal assistance to low-income Coloradans throughout the state. CLS provides free legal assistance in a broad variety of legal areas, including family law, eviction defense, consumer protection, services to survivors of serious crime and human trafficking, and many others. CLS has strengthened lives, assisted families, and supported communities -- one person at a time for over 90 years. POSITION SUMMARY: The Migrant Farm Worker Division (MFWD) provides free civil legal assistance to low-income farm workers throughout Colorado in employment law matters. As part of its work, MFWD has a robust outreach and community education component. The MFWD seeks to inform workers about their legal rights and how they can exercise those rights, through printed materials, online resources, other media (print and radio), and interactive presentations. The Outreach Coordinator Paralegal is primarily responsible for the outreach component within MFWD with the participation of the attorneys and paralegals within the MFWD as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
