COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR - SALARIED EXEMPT Santa Marta has long been recognized as a premier senior living community in the Kansas City area to live and to work. The Community Outreach Coordinator acts as a liaison between Santa Marta and the local community, potential residents and their families and other healthcare facilities providing community relations, sales activity, and the results necessary to achieve Santa Marta\'s sales and move-in goals. You will make a difference when you join the Santa Marta team! RESPONSIBILITIES: *Identifies professional referral sources and key decision makers in the primary and secondary markets. Pre-qualifies referral sources to determine their ability to send qualified leads to the community. *Visits and conducts presentations to area referral sources and key decision makers. Establishes and maintains a professional relationship so that they will be comfortable referring their contacts to the community. *Participates in local associations and groups with memberships and agendas that impact area seniors. *Works with the Admissions Coordinator and clinical staff to help ensure the admissions process runs smoothly for the resident, family and the community. *Manages and supports Santa Marta social media sources. *These duties are normal for this position, but the list in not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE: *Combination of education and/or experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with major work in marketing or related field experience required. *At lease two (2) years of successful experience in marketing, the senior living care industry or related field required. *Valid state driver\'s license (and liability insurance) to use personal vehicle for marketing travel required. BENEFITS: $68,000 - $75,000 annual salary based upon relevant experience Santa Marta offers full coverage health insurance to full-time associates at great rates. You may save $1400 - $4800 annually depending upon your coverage since Santa Marta pays 80% of the total health insurance premiums.
