Job Description
Busy Vascular surgery private practice seeking a candidate for the front desk in our Woodstock office. Candidate must be able to work well with others, exhibit compassion and exemplary customer service skills when dealing with patients. Ideally should have a positive attitude and be a highly motivated self-starter who can manage time well and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Greeting and screening patients
- Check-in and check-out
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning patient-related documents
- Taking payments, posting charges daily batch reconciliation
- Obtaining referrals, orders and authorizations for services rendered in the office
