About Mountain Vista Medical Center

Mountain Vista Medical Center is a 178-bed, state-of-the-art hospital located in east Mesa, Arizona, offering comprehensive health care services, including emergency care, heart care, advanced surgical procedures, orthopedics, breast care, maternity care, and women\xe2\x80\x99s services. Florence Hospital, a campus of Mountain View Medical Center, is a 36-bed hospital offering emergency care, as well as surgical, imaging and laboratory services to residents of Pinal County. Our patients have access to a full range of excellent health care across our two campuses.

Summary

Responsible for assisting the Administrative Director & Director of Medical Education in management of Graduate Medical Education program. Provides scheduling of clinical rotations for all Students/Interns/Residents who participate in facility medical education training programs. Works closely with the Arizona Graduate Medical Education Consortium (AZGME). Oversees the Medical Education library resources.

Requirements

High School/GED Diploma with 3 - 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience

Preferred

5+ years recent experience; Post graduate medical education teach program experience

Ability to be flexible in work assignments and multi-task; Requires excellent organizational skills; Advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite; Knowledge of advanced Internet search capabilities; Ability to adapt to change and manage time. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to exercise independent judgment in the completion of assignments and duties. Ability to speak and write English language fluently.
