Promote club memberships and partnership programs to nearby companies, schools, and community organizations.
Conduct outreach through visits, calls, and emails to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
Prepare sales materials, proposals, pricing packages, and partnership presentations. o Plan and execute marketing events such as corporate team-building, company leagues, open-house days, and community promotions to increase brand exposure and membership growth.
Manage both online and offline marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, community outreach, etc.).
Administrative Support (20-30% of the role)
Assist with front desk operations, including member information management, documentation, and basic system updates.
Support managers with scheduling, supply ordering, and event execution.
Handle daily operational tasks to help ensure the club runs smoothly.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, sales, or business development preferred.
Strong sales mindset with the ability to proactively reach out to businesses and build partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently plan and execute marketing activities.
Strong organizational skills for administrative tasks such as documentation and basic operational support.
Positive attitude, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.
Comfortable with occasional travel for client visits.
Experience with social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) is a plus.
Experience in sports, fitness, or membership-based businesses is a strong advantage.
Compensation
Base salary + Sales commission (negotiable based on experience)
