Job Summary As an integral part of the corporate marketing team, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of the corporate marketing teams, assigning project-specific tasks, handling logistics, supporting the team by removing roadblocks and updating internal stakeholders on project progress and status. Your main objective in this role is to streamline internal workflows and manage projects that are executed on time and according to stakeholder expectations. The person in this role will support a variety of marketing functions including content marketing (including video), brand/creative, field events, digital campaigns, PR, and marketing operations. What you will do:

• Optimizing the project workflow as the corporate marketing team traffic manager, delegating resources and prioritizing tasks
• Collaborating with a diverse group of marketing stakeholders to deliver marketing deliverables on time and aligned with the business requirements
• Becoming the subject matter expert in Wrike, our project management tool
• Managing processes and relationships for select vendors, including contractors/agencies and company store/swag

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, and others)
• 1- 3 years relevant experience, agency experience a plus
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint
• Graphic design experience a plus, including proficiency in Canva and/or InDesign
