A Brief Overview

The Marketing & Productivity Manager is responsible for handling marketing, agent recruitment, and general office administration for the office to which they are assigned. This includes prospecting and closing with new agents on a regular basis. Additionally, the Marketing & Productivity Manager is their office\'s key point of contact between C21 Redwood and our agents; they are the first person agents will go to with questions and are expected to be proactive in assisting agents. Responsible for participating & presenting in sales meetings, as well as coordinating vendors and guests for their participation in said meetings. Pay & Benefits

  • Up to $65,000 annual salary depending on qualifications, plus bonuses.
  • 15 Days PTO accrued annually
  • This is a Salaried Exempt position.
What you will do
  • Work closely with leadership to execute recruiting strategy. This will include, but not be limited to, the four steps of prospecting- Conversations, Coffee Meetings, Value Proposition Meetings, Closing Meetings.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for office & assist the agents assigned to your office in utilizing company resources to grow their business.
  • Proficiency in any essential skill, program or tool as directed by the company or outlined in Support Center Learning Trail, Essential Skills for Onsite Staff.
  • Be the field liaison between our corporate staff and our agents: The employee is the first person agents in your office go to with questions.
  • Proactively engage agents with offers for assistance
  • Help promote events, training, and company policy announcements to agents through weekly update emails and social media posts to groups
  • Attend, participate and present in sales meetings & coordinate vendors and guests for their participation in weekly sales meetings.
  • Greet all visitors and agents as they arrive at the office, and answer incoming calls.
  • Participate in the improvement of company systems, processes, and procedures through regular discussions with Field Management.
  • Operate your office\xe2\x80\x99s mailroom: sort and deliver incoming mail, UPS & FedEx packages; drop outgoing packages into nearest dropbox.
  • Be trained on and reach minimum proficiency requirements on all company systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in any essential skill, program or tool as directed by the company or outlined in Support Center Learning Trail, Essential Skills for Onsite Staff.
  • Scan and deposit all checks on the same business day they arrive
  • Facilitate agent onboarding tasks.
  • Hold office training and workshops on Redwood Systems.
  • Promote the company culture: quality over quantity; be positive, dynamic and supportive
  • Maintain office inventory of supplies.
  • Perform routine office maintenance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, e.g., lights, office cleanliness, plants watered & schedule unexpected office maintenance, e.g., facility repairs.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years Experience in a recruitment position Preferred and
  • Real Estate License Required
  • Good customer handling skills (High proficiency)
