Your Role: Seeking seasoned acquisitions marketing professional with background in Direct Mail and Email. Must be a strong strategic thinker with experience working cross-functionally to develop successful marketing campaigns that deliver bottom-line results. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills to think big, use data performance and consumer insights to guide strategy and creative direction. Must have a strong sense of accountability and be comfortable working in complex and fast-paced environments. This role requires thought leadership, stellar analytic and collaboration skills, and strong direct marketing experience. Experience with prospect target and digital marketing a plus.

Your work:

Work with cross-functional partners and partner clubs to identify, prioritize and deliver best-in-class direct mail and email programs that align with business goals

Responsible for understanding club/territory business objective, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities

Develop acquisitions strategies and tactics that deliver profitable insurance sales

Responsible for annual marketing spend and budget planning and reporting

Responsible for consistent and ongoing review and reporting of campaign performance, evaluating results, trends, and insights to maximize performance and budget efficiency

Partner with Analytics to gain deeper insights into campaign performance and implement actionable results

Identify new targeting, messaging, and modeling opportunities to optimize programs

Execute creative testing to achieve optimum response rates, and ensure consistency with Brand and Creative guidelines

Manage and lead relationships with outside creative agencies and prospect list providers

Continuously develop knowledge of direct mail and email best practices and trends

What would make us excited about you?

Strong understanding and knowledge of direct mail and email marketing strategy. Prospect marketing experience a plus.

Ability to translate strategic objectives into tactical plans; work on complex issues that require strong business judgment and analytical skills; understanding of customer segmentation techniques

Provide thought leadership, challenge status quo, and leverage insights to drive change

Ability to direct agency and staff in developing creative design options

Strong analytical, collaboration, organization, and presentation skills

A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills and proactive delivery and ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment

Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail are required

Comfortable with ambiguity and fast to adapt to change

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Lives into cultural norms (e.g., willing to have cameras when it matters: helping onboard new team members, building relationships, etc.)

Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings

Education & Experience

Bachelor\'s degree (BA/BS) in related area or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

6+ years of experience planning and implementing strategic marketing efforts across direct mail and email channels

Preferred:

Advanced degree (MBA)

Direct Marketing Association Certification

Salesforce CRM experience is preferred

The national average salary range for this position is $109,080 -121,200. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range hourly rate range for this position across all the states we hire in is $98,190-145,300. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 10% of eligible pay.
