We are looking for a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and passion to join our team to help us increase brand awareness and create excitement for the business.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, including various social media sites.

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting to create a marketing strategy, managing and monitoring social sites, creating community engagement, and looking for opportunities in local partnerships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of a marketing plan and strategy
• Planning and goal setting of the company\xe2\x80\x99s social platforms
• Oversee the continued implementation and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Collect and compile quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns; analyze data and make recommendations to improve effectiveness
• Development of brand awareness and online reputation
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media and marketing strategy calendar
• Monitor analytics and website/social media content
• Report on KPIs and customer feedback
• Creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
• Develop and expand community interest
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, web, direct mail)
• Help organize marketing events
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Must have AA or BA in a field relative to Marketing
• Must have at least 1 year experience in related field (include on resume)
• In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, Yelp
• Experience with social media analytic tools and content
• Ability to work independently, detail oriented
• Ability to communicate ideas visually, verbally, and in writing
• Ability to think critically and out of the box to find solutions
• Team player, self-starter
• Professional appearance and attitude
