Do you have a sharp eye for details, a way with words, and a knack for generating excitement and enthusiasm? MRG, a 40-year veteran in the learning & development industry, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help drive growth and attract a wider audience to our prestige brand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the person in this role will take on a variety of tactical responsibilities in the B2B marketing space. The position offers opportunities to work creatively, apply and build practical marketing skills, and grow to take ownership of new marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include: \xc2\xb7 Working hands-on in HubSpot to write compelling emails that can cut through inbox clutter, build eye-catching landing pages, and develop automated marketing campaigns that capture the interest of busy coaches and consultants \xc2\xb7 Coordinating closely with the sales team to build a pipeline of high-quality leads and deliver marketing intelligence to help them drive revenue \xc2\xb7 Creating and posting relevant, engaging content for social media that builds credibility and connection with our audience \xc2\xb7 Working closely with the subject matter experts to translate their knowledge and experience into marketing content including blog posts, videos, and a variety of written content \xc2\xb7 Connecting with MRG\xe2\x80\x99s most loyal and enthusiastic clients to collect testimonials and case studies \xc2\xb7 Promoting our online events, including webinars and certifications, to maximize registrations and generate excitement (and revenue) pre- and post-event \xc2\xb7 Leveraging your sharp eye to work with external design and editing resources to produce graphics, videos, presentations, and other content \xc2\xb7 Collaborating with your colleagues to develop and execute clear communications around product launches and announcements \xc2\xb7 Evaluating marketing data to ensure we invest the most time in efforts that drive results Competitive candidates for this position may have some combination of the following: \xc2\xb7 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in B2B marketing \xc2\xb7 A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field \xc2\xb7 Some familiarity with:

  • Hubspot or other email marketing or marketing automation platforms
  • Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Wordpress
  • Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design programs
  • Video editing
  • Paid social media campaigns, especially LinkedIn
