Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Our small, driven real estate and property management team is re-aligning our digital media and direct mail marketing efforts and are seeking the right self-starter to: facilitate our marketing plans on schedule, research and create list segments, oversee and assist with the execution of letters and other print mail media, assist the CEO with special project research and data compilation, and assist with social media presence. Combination of on-site at our Kihei office and remote/Zoom. Desired qualifications:
Experience in data management/list maintenance/Excel wizardry
Strong online research skills/tenacious nature
Ability to self-motivate, perform, and hit the deadline every time
Flexibility to quickly pivot to fast-paced project work, big and small
Tendency to balance all of the above with a collaborative nature
Hourly compensation with performance bonuses --
