There is an opening with one of Robert Half\'s clients in the Architecture industry for Marketing/Communications Coordinators to contribute to overall branding efforts. This Marketing/Communications Coordinator position will require you to assist with the execution of marketing and communications strategies, in addition to tracking campaign results. How you will make an impact

• Investigate target audiences & carry out market research.
• Create/update office branding and graphics. Edit photographs as needed.
• Support social media post & campaigns (Photo, video, content planning and creation.
• Generate marketing materials, newsletters, advertising, and digital content.
• Update + create project marketing information (1-pagers, lists, flyers + brochures)
• Identify conferences, trade shows, and other speaking opportunities and manage trade show activities.
• Interface with different internal teams to coordinate marketing strategies.
• Design marketing emails, office templates, proposal covers PowerPoints new employee handbook.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Highly creative with proven experience identifying target audiences and delivering digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Solid understanding of web metrics (including Google Analytics), and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data
• Strong verbal, written, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and perform under tight deadlines
• Portfolio of previous campaigns
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems
