The Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for coordinating/creating the marketing communications activities of the company internally and externally. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Website administration \xc2\xb7 Social Media administration \xc2\xb7 Work with outside Advertising Agencies to develop communication programs to the various audiences the business services. \xc2\xb7 Trade show coordination \xc2\xb7 Customer meeting coordination \xc2\xb7 Market/competitive research pertaining to market presence and activities \xc2\xb7 Develop sales presentations for various products and programs Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications \xc2\xb7 Excellent writing and verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs including Word, Excel and Power Point \xc2\xb7 Experience with various desk top publishing programs such as Photo shop, Quark \xc2\xb7 Experience in website design/ management \xc2\xb7 Experience in managing various social media platforms \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple tasks \xc2\xb7 Time management skills \xc2\xb7 Some travel will be required to tradeshows, vendors and off-site meetings.
