We have partnered with an organization in Westchester County, New York that is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to add to their team. This is a temporary-to-hire job opportunity offering a competitive hourly wage, and hybrid work schedule. work hours: 9 AM - 3 PM

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Application of the organization\'s Social Media account and communication strategies
• Preparation and distributions of monthly reportings for Board members that will include editing department reports and preparation for Executive Director\'s reportings
• Assist the Administrative Managers in coordinating a preparing for meetings for the executive board members that may include attendance of meetings, taking meeting notes, and preparation of minutes for approvals
• Preparing and updating public information for the company\'s website including meeting notices, meeting agendas, minutes, policies, and additional materials
• Upkeep of the company\'s calendar
• Communications of company\'s events in postings, emails, and newsletters
• Assist with Marketing and promotions of company events
• Design and distribution of printed and digital marketing materials such as: flyers, brochures, digital media (may include additional materials )
• Assist with upkeep of company website as needed
