The Customer Programs Fleet Operations Team is looking for a Fleet Operations Manager focusing on V2500 and Mature Commercial Engine (MCE) Programs or Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) Programs, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
  • The person in this role will perform a wide-range of tasks and manage projects focused on coordination, communication and execution of near-term fleet operations.
  • Manage fleet retrofit programs, minimize Aircraft on Ground (AOG) risk, track and report key fleet metrics, and ensure near-term fleet forecasting is accurate on a fleet-wide basis.
  • Accomplishment of stated responsibilities will require extensive coordination and communication with and between other members of the Customer Support organization including - Customer Fleet Directors- Field Support Representatives,- Pratt & Whitney Engine Leasing,- Sales Operations, and Sales teams.
  • Similar coordination and communication will be required outside of Customer Support including Aftermarket Operations (Fleet Management and Network Teams), Finance, and the related Program Office as required.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree and 8+ of experience working in a technical customer facing position within the aerospace industry or an Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years\' experience working in a technical customer facing position within the aerospace industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience communicating frequently with internal customers and external customers.
  • Prior experience tactical forecasting up to 12 months in advance
  • Proven ability and desire to perform work independently with minimal direction.
  • Prior experience with technical customer support or fleet management support.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
