Volt is immediately hiring for a Fleet Operations Manager in New York City, NY.

As a Fleet Operations Manager:

• Reporting to the Senior Group Manager, Operations and Strategy and working closely with the rest of the marketing teams, will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of marketing activations that support business objectives and drive measurable ROI.
• This role will provide operational and functional support for a variety of marketing ad experiential programs, displays and in-person events
• Candidate possess a calm clear headed attitude in high pressure situations and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, on time and within budget.
• Responsible for coordination of vehicle fleets, maintains detailed and accurate vehicle records.
• Works with internal managers, Vehicle Administration, legal, and external agencies to track and log vehicles coming and going for marketing purposes i.e. showroom display, special events, guest events, Ride & Dine programs, VIP vehicle loans.
• Maintains log of vehicle issues and produce weekly reports on vehicle locations and issues.
• Work with outside support agencies to maintain, service and repair vehicles.
• Coordinate with product planning and marketing to ensure new model launches are supported with the appropriate vehicle orders from the factory.
• Coordinate marketing fleet status reports, set meetings, and collate feedback from the team.
• Assist managers as needed on various marketing fleet related projects as they come up.
• Route estimates and invoices for necessary approvals and signatures and follow up on approvals and payments.
• Collaborate and effectively communicate all fleet activities across all internal departments, and external agencies.

Position is long-term temp in nature with a strong possibility of going temp to hire. It offers a foot in the door of a company with lots of opportunity and is notorious for hiring our top talent. Hours are full time M-F from 8am to 5pm.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of fleet management or vehicle logistics or fleet operations experience
• Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license & clean record; taking delivery and moving vehicles required
• Preferably lives near New York City, as they will be commuting to Company to support vehicle arrivals
• General understanding of vehicle technology and trim levels
• Experience with logistics a must
• Experience working with budgets within SAP, Excel, and Smart Sheets
• Automotive industry experience preferred but not required

.Pay Rate: $90,000 \xe2\x80\x93 120,000K.
