As the Managed Accounts Middle Office Associate, you will support the Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) business, acting as a central point of contact for problem resolution, overseeing the broader core operations team, and improving the scalability and efficiency of the business. Job responsibilities
Partner with various internal partners to resolve issues and provide timely responses to queries
Support new product placements and client onboardings
Oversee core operations processes and functions
Support process improvement and technology deployment projects
Collect and analyze data, interpret results, and make recommendations
Provide business requirements for system and operating model enhancements
Test functionality and validate data environments prior to technology deployments
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor\'s degree
2-3 years of relevant work experience
Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent assignments effectively and efficiently
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
