We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced analyst to join our Asset Management Team. The data driven Asset Management team serves as the primary analytical and reporting center of the investment services platform supporting institutional investors.



Our ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, is attentive to detail, and is an expert in creating reports that tell the financial story and facilitate decisions that deliver maximum long-term return on investments.

What You Will Do

• • Gather, synthesize, and analyze financial and operating information through recurring and ad hoc reports. Communicate results and conclusions of analyses concisely for key stakeholders
  • Identify iterative improvements to financial and operational reporting through enhanced data quality testing, automation of processes, and leveraging our data platform
  • Coordinate with accounting, operations, transaction services and acquisitions to collect data and track performance.
  • Understand key legal agreements pertaining to managed portfolios.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements, proactively monitor compliance
  • Analyze the performance of the portfolio against operating targets
  • Manage loan draws, payoffs, and reporting (in coordination with the finance team).
  • Forecast and monitor compliance with loan covenants.

What You Bring With You

• • 1-3 years of experience in Asset Management or a related field
  • Extensive modeling experience
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Passion for creating and problem-solving
  • Ability to work both independently and within collaborative teams
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with investor reporting and review of financial statements
  • Strong computer literacy including expert level with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • SQL and BI experience a plus
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree

$70,000 - $85,000 a year
