About the Role

Nation Security is seeking a polished, bilingual (English/Spanish)

Security Officer

to join our professional team at a premier high-rise residential community in Dania Beach. This position blends top-tier security expertise with exceptional customer service to ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-standard environment for residents, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering courteous and professional assistance. Maintain a visible, confident security presence throughout the property, including the lobby, amenities, and perimeter areas. Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols to prevent unauthorized access and identify potential security risks. Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies--medical, fire, or safety-related--ensuring accurate reporting and timely escalation. Enforce access control procedures, building policies, and visitor protocols with professionalism and respect. Manage visitor and contractor check-ins, handle package deliveries, and maintain accurate activity logs. Prepare detailed and precise incident and daily activity reports. Collaborate with building management, concierge teams, and local law enforcement to ensure seamless property operations. Keep all security posts and work areas clean, organized, and reflective of the community's standards of excellence. Provide support during resident move-ins/outs, special events, and amenity monitoring as needed.

Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal required). Valid

Florida Class D Security License

and

Florida Driver's License

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor. Ability to remain composed and responsive in high-pressure situations. Proficient in incident documentation and electronic monitoring systems. Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in luxury condominiums, high-rise residential, or upscale hospitality environments. Current

CPR, First Aid, or AED

certification.
