Location: Anchorage, Alaska

ASCI is currently seeking applicants to be considered for a Logistics Coordinator role. The Logistics Coordinator will work directly under the People and Camps Logistics Supervisor, the Logistics Coordinator will inform/consult supervisor on items below working towards broader responsibilities to take on directly when able.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work with contract specialist on contracts, CCOR\xe2\x80\x99s and negotiations, learning proper processes and procedures
  • Understand the Construction Field support budget and track spend for the various Activities (planned vs actual)
  • Integrate with drilling on people support requirements, support where appropriate and raise issues
  • Integrate with stakeholders planning meetings, requests, questions, concerns and report back
  • Track: airline ticket spend, travel, POB utilization, Fuel burn on a daily/monthly basis.
  • Ensure cost for shared activities Drilling & Construction are agreed and allocated properly
  • Help research efficiencies (equipment/manpower etc) within the various contracts/operations
  • \xe2\x80\x9cOwn/Manage\xe2\x80\x9d contracts < $8-10MM, learning & getting experience dealing with vendors, managing contracts, KIP\xe2\x80\x99s closeouts
  • Assist the slope team with requests/asks for town support
  • Work with PR/SES specialist for timely requests and input into the system.
  • Attend daily meetings (SIMOPS/Drilling) and report actions
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience
