Location: Anchorage, Alaska
ASCI is currently seeking applicants to be considered for a Logistics Coordinator role. The Logistics Coordinator will work directly under the People and Camps Logistics Supervisor, the Logistics Coordinator will inform/consult supervisor on items below working towards broader responsibilities to take on directly when able.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with contract specialist on contracts, CCOR\xe2\x80\x99s and negotiations, learning proper processes and procedures
Understand the Construction Field support budget and track spend for the various Activities (planned vs actual)
Integrate with drilling on people support requirements, support where appropriate and raise issues
Integrate with stakeholders planning meetings, requests, questions, concerns and report back
Track: airline ticket spend, travel, POB utilization, Fuel burn on a daily/monthly basis.
Ensure cost for shared activities Drilling & Construction are agreed and allocated properly
Help research efficiencies (equipment/manpower etc) within the various contracts/operations
