Here we grow again! Renaissance Community Loan Fund, a non-profit Community Development Financial Institution, is looking for a Loan Servicing Assistant! The successful candidate should possess a professional demeanor, positive attitude, reliability and excellent communication skills. Job type: Full-time Position Location: Corporate Office, Gulfport, MS The Loan Servicing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Loan Servicing Supervisor in efficiently performing the daily activities of the Loan Servicing Department. Job Duties:

• Work with Loan Servicing Supervisor to ensure new loans are entered into loan servicing software

• Process online ACH payments

• Set up ACH payments for borrowers

• Work with Loan Servicing Supervisor to process insurance renewals and correspond with borrowers

• Contact delinquent borrowers about their account

• Work with Loan Servicing Supervisor and CFO to run annual Escrow Analysis, or as needed

• Scanning, uploading to servicing software and/or filing documents to maintain an organized loan servicing system

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma required

• Mortgage loan servicing and/or banking experience preferred

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

• Accurate data entry and typing skills
