In This Role You Will
  • Be responsible for management and collection of outstanding accounts
  • Make borrower calls regarding late payments and payment plans
  • Complete REO list monitoring for payment workouts and collections
  • Review and audit monthly mortgage statements and late statements
  • Provide weekly collections reporting to management
  • Identify overpayments and interest refunds due
  • Set up Bank ACH
  • Update multiple spreadsheets for tracking of new ACH account setup
  • Process ACH payments and returns
  • Respond to customers questions + issues through Freshdesk (email ticketing system)
  • Contact customers regarding late payments or issues with ACHs, checks or wires
  • Reply to customers questions via email and phone call
  • Document deposits, new loans, paid off loans in Excel
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial and/or construction loan collections, servicing, loan documentation or related job experience in the financial industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
  • A knowledge of Sales Force is Favorable but not required
  • Google Sheets is a Plus
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills, be detailed oriented with a commitment to a high level of data integrity and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of General Ledger balancing and common banking transactions.
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Ability to Adapt to Process Changes and Direction
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits:
